Both Amanda and Patricia were very kind helpful. They gave lot of information about our holiday destination.
We have used Hays Travel most for nearly all our holidays.

The staff are all extremely helpful, friendly and polite & knowledgeable. Xander was my travel consultant, he went above and beyond to help me and made me confident in his service to complete a booking.

From the minute I walked into the Harrow shop I was met with cheerful good mornings and smiles from all 3 guys. Sat down with George and explained the trip I wanted to book. I cannot give him enough credit, we chatted for nearly 2 hours, . He was enthusiastic, friendly , and we swopped stories of our travel experiences. I booked a trip to Prague, . George gave me useful advice about transfers, local transport, so much info, I cannot fault anything about this Hays Harrow branch, and I will feel comfortable also about any queries I have , as Geirge gave me his card to contact him. All in all , a professional yet extremely helpful and relaxing experience, and a wonderful trip booked 😀 👍🏻 😊

We went to Hays,Harrow branch as we wanted to do Caribbean cruise holiday.Amanda showed us various options for the cruise available suitable to the dates we wanted and explained and also priced the options.
We chose the one we liked and booked the holiday cruise-
Cocktails and coconuts ,Tropical shores.Now we look forward to departure date end of March 2025.

After an initial consultation with Patricia on the phone, we then met George in the office who went through our holiday with us. He was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and answered all the questions we had about the trip.

I have just come back from a holiday in South Africa which George at Hays Travel Harrow organised for me. I stayed in Cape Town for several days before flying to Port Elizabeth, going off on safari for several days before flying back to Cape Town and transferring by road to Hermanus for several days before returning to Cape Town for my return flight. It was a fiddly booking which needing a fair amount of tweaking over the months beforehand. George was so very helpful and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for him. I had plenty of questions which he always made time to put my mind at rest. From start to finish my trip went like clockwork with no issues at all with any of the numerous transfers. The hotels and game lodge suggested were very very nice. Thank you very much Hays travel Harrow. Would thoroughly recommend using them to help plan your trip of a lifetime.

Calm, methodical and accurate work by Treyzell. I went with some awkward requirements for a solo traveller and he worked through it patiently and gave me relevant options for choice, all of which were value for money. When the decisions had been made, the admin was quick and simple. The holiday itself worked exactly as planned from start to finish with no surprises or difficulties. I didn't really know what to expect when booking with Hays, but I am impressed. I will return. Thank you.

We walked into Hay’s travel Friday and wanted a week’s holiday somewhere reasonably priced and George at this store manage to find us holiday to Tunisia and we are having a wonderful time thanks to George
