Happy Customer Experience
As we've seen the advert on the T.V. several times and was thinking of booking a holiday we decided to pop into Hays. Definitely didn't disappoint, as soon as we walked through the door we were greeted. Great customer service and went through our holiday destination thoroughly with us. We are delighted to say ended in us booking our summer holiday.

Our experience was great because Amanda was very helpful in every ways, ie she was patient,listen to what we requested and guide us to the best options. She sorted what we needed and we left with all bookings completed. She is a very pleasant lady so we always go to her for our bookings.
