Great experience, lovely staff.
The Travel agent staff in the Haywards Heath store were very welcoming and friendly. The agent that booked our holiday was very competent, friendly and polite. She engaged in conversation with us ensuring our holiday was booked exactly as we had planned. All our queries and requests were dealt with professionally and efficiently. We visited the store quite late in the afternoon but this was not a problem as the agent did not rush to get a booking completed. She took time to understand and supply just what we wanted and advised us about passports, insurance and currency. I would definitely use this Hays store again. I only gave 4 stars as we have not finished being in contact with the agent but I am confident when everything is complete 5 stars should be awarded.
