Very helpful booking of a solo holiday that had limited availability.
Having previously booked my first Riviera Solo holiday with Hays last summer for April this year, I was eager to book another for 2027. I popped into Hays Friday afternoon to plan a booking for Classic Spain. Since I was wanting to book for a friend also, I needed to know how that would work. The lady I spoke to was so helpful as there was very little choice of dates but she was able to offer one in March, one in April, and one in May. So I needed to move fast and consult my friend! I returned Saturday morning and it all got arranged with a phone call to Riviera while I was there. I have dealt with various different staff in Haywards Heath and they are so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else to book a holiday.

A staff member who is a credit to Hays Travel.
