We knew our destination and hotel, so this was straightforward. The member of staff went through the flight times for the dates we wanted to travel, so this was easy. Pleasant staff and she was very helpful

We went into Hays Travel in Haywards Heath to explore honeymoon options. We were served by Mel who was absolutely amazing. Mel was more than happy to explore lots of different options and no question was too much. It Mel didn’t know something she did all she could to get us an answer. Mel was super helpful, friendly and shared our excitement in looking at honeymoon options. As a result we have booked a really special honeymoon at a great price all thanks to Mel’s support. I only regret that we got stuck on the travel insurance part. As the travel agents were unsure of my 2 health conditiions , both dormant and causing no issues. I was transferred to the medical people. And they refused cover because at some point I may have to have a cataract op. No date as yet and probaby beyond late autumn. So .... Leila
