The experience was great from start to…
The experience was great from start to finish -- we wanted a holiday and popped in to the store. We were given different options with everything explained clearly.
Eloise the customer service representative was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful and talked us through the options. Eloise created our package and we now have an amazing holiday planned!!! -- Thank you Eloise and Hays Travel.
