No waiting , friendly and experienced advisor who was very helpful and efficient . Also spoke to lady on money desk and she was very knowledgable about the type of currency I required

This our third holiday with Hays
This our third holiday that we have entrusted Hays travel to organise for my partner and I.
I like their friendly staff who handle our enquiries in a cheerful and knowledgeable way. They always explain all the issues regarding the booking of Hotels, Resorts, travel and finance abroad.
I am pleased to say we have never had a problem dealing with the Hedge End branch. They are always helpful and are there to help book your holiday to take the pressure off yourself to piece together your own package. We are off to Tenerife in March 26 and we don't have to be concerned with anything but having a care free holiday.
