My experience was good
My experience was good, Caz dealt with me.
What i particularly liked was the invite to go back, get booked on the flight and get boarding passes printed,for me that's a game changer because I don't have a printer.

I went to Hayes to book a short holiday in Rome with my daughter. The transaction was carried out with precision, competence, understanding and professionalism. Excellent service. The agent listened to what we had to say about our request for the holiday. She searched her system and gave us various options. She was patient and readily answered our questions. She was both professional and friendly. This is the third time I've used this office of Hays and I've been impressed every time.

Excellent service quick to respond for pricing of our holiday we have used Hays Travel for many years and hope to keep using them. Fleur from Hempstead Valley branch was very helpful.
As a result we have booked another holiday with them.
