Very smooth experience
Very smooth experience. We were thinking of joining my sister-in-law for her holidays but there were no more seats on the plane so decided to book a holiday to Turkey. Eve, at Hays Hereford, was very helpful and quick! In not time I had booked our next holiday. We can't wait.

Fast and efficient. Agent checked us in on flight which was really helpful. Price matched a holiday found online. Would have been helpful to see if any other discounts would apply to customer eg blue light etc.
