The experience of the staff member who helped us book our special cruise was invaluable. She helped us to find a well-located cabin for a reasonable price and could tell us what it would be like from her own experience.

Staff are always friendly and listen to your requests and preferences.
They appear to have knowledge of many destinations and share important facts with you.
I never feel under pressure to book anything if my visit is just for information.
They arrange complete holidays including hotels,transfers, seats on your flight and airport parking. They also print everything out, which is very satisfying to many travelers.
Altogether a very efficient service.

The Hays representative was very helpful and courteous and went through everything with us even booked our car parking, giving us plenty of time to arrive and depart. Most helpful, we always book through Hays Travel as we know that everything will be covered. Very professional. Thank you x

Eve was friendly knowledgeable and helpful making suggestions of places that would suit our holiday requirements. Omg, I've had the best customer service support from a few lovely ladies at Hays Travel recently.
Amy & Erica (I'm from Hereford,.but not sure which office they're from) but they were very helpful, supportive and went above and beyond to rectify an issue I had, in the end resulting in a very satisfactory outcome.
