She then booked another holiday for us at a very competitive price and explained fully all the details we needed to know. First class service from Hays yet again.

I did initially go in to enquire about a holiday, Judith was very helpful. And the place I wanted was available, so I decided to book it there and then and put a deposit down. Also I had stay at the hostel before and I had loved my stay there.
