Good to deal with
Page was efficient, listened to our needs and was very careful to check details with us before confirming the booking. The branch price matched the online price and the convenience of them dealing with the paperwork including check-in was a bonus. Altogether a pleasure to do business with the branch.

Three of us went in for guidance on where was best to stay in madeira, as our experience last year was a little disappointing with the hotel we chose.Scarlett dealt with us patiently and knowledgeably resulting in us booking a hotel we have looked at for about four years now.

Holiday booking
When booking our holiday for a special occasion Isabelle was exceptional. I went to her wanting a specific holiday but without a a real idea of location and regularly raised questions. She was always helpful and knowledgeable and checked on everything for me. She gave me a number of options and has assisted me with ensuring my children’s allergies are noted. We are really looking forward to our holiday now. Would 100% recommend Isabelle and Hays Travel to book your holiday. Thank you Isabelle x

Summer holiday to Sorrento.

Excellent service and a great holiday booked
Last year we had great friendly service, so returned this year to book our next holiday.
The staff were again brilliant and the package we got was exactly as we wanted at an excellent price.
