1st solo holiday
I was very anxious walking in and booking my 1st solo holiday. Rose was very helpful answering all my questions and putting me at ease. I now have a lovely holiday to Tuscany booked.

Izzy at Heswall was endlessly patient organising a cruise for four feisty pensioners, ensuring we got everything we wanted, when we wanted, at a price we wanted. Well organised and meticulous, she thought of every detail and filled us with confidence. A real pleasure and highly recommended.

Kate was excellent
Kate was excellent. Professional & friendly. She listened to us & understood exactly what we were looking for. Booked our holiday then she phoned us later with another holiday that she thought we'd like after we'd mentioned it (Douro river cruise which we thought was out of our price range) as an offer had come in. We booked that too. Then we had a hiccup with departure dates (our fault) & Kate managed to sort it & rebook for us. She really went above & beyond & we'd definitely go back to her for future holidays.
