It was a really nice experience
It was a really nice experience. Every one was very helpful and friendly, especially the person that deltwith us, I was even given a cup of tea! very happy with the holiday we chose, satisfied all the criteria we had in our minds before we went.

Cant beat booking in person :-)
Have been looking online but just couldn't find what we were looking for - came to Hays and Rosie was able to find us the perfect holiday. She listened to what we asked for and with her knowledge very quickly found us the holiday that ticked all the boxes.

Welcoming clean and bright office with helpful staff
Welcoming clean and bright office with helpful and respectful staff but can be a long wait with not much waiting room in office. Good literature and evidence that an apprentice was keen and being well trained. Staff seemed to have long waits for info on phones but this transmitted verbally and to paper efficiently eventually. Good communication on phone and email. I have only given 3 stars because a lot will depend on how my bespoke holiday works out.

I went into Hays Heswall to buy a gift card for a present. The process took longer than expected, but the lady serving me did everything she could to do it as quickly as she could and was very communicative.
