Went to book holiday with my girlfriend and was welcomed into shop by friendly staff even got offered a tea or coffee while we were there. Adviser was so polite and was very helpful.

Very helpful with the booking any problems come back to see us we were told .Going in a couple of weeks the hotel we picked had minor building work going on the girl contacted the jet 2 in location to check for us nothing was a problem.

Ideal holiday... booked
We went to Hays travel to have a brief look at holidays were available for the end of this year.
We were very impressed with Alisha.
She spent a long time to show us the holidays on offer, and were pleased with the final holiday, which we went ahead and booked.
We have booked holidays through Hays travel before, and have never been disappointed.

Really helpful and friendly. I was looking for a holiday with quite specific needs, and they really went to a lot of effort helping me find something suitable. I had to change dates, and they kept looking (with a lot of patience) to find me something. I usually just book my own holidays online , but found them so helpful and the same price as online options . 100% use again
