Always use Hays Travel in Hinckley. Friendly staff. Jody was very helpful & patience whilst finding holidays for ourselves & grandsons. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

Im not sure what to say but Helen was FANTASTIC
Honest and very efficient in an ever changing world, it was nice to speak to an open and charismatic person such as Helen. They gave my Fiancé and I a few options and some brochures and with a few emails later everything was sorted.
i was so skeptical to use a more convetional travel agents. But I will 100% be doing it again, I was recommended by my family to go there. And would recommend it to my friends and Family too.

Our first cruise now booked…
We always use Hays to book our holidays as we have found the staff and the manager Helen to be really helpful informative and nothing is too much trouble.As this is our first cruise and my wife was anxious so we needed reassurance and advice on our choices of cruise,cabin size and place on the ship,eateries destinations to visit.Helen completed the booking so no stress for us.Excellent service,thank you

Brilliant service from travel agents everything sorted for us. 1st our cruise no problems whatsoever 2nd. Our holiday to Ireland all sorted. I would recommend Hayes travel to anyone Hinckley are ladies are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful.

Izzy in Hinckley is a star.
We went into the Hinckley shop where we presented Izzy with a list of requirements for a 2026 holiday. Within 24 hours she had provided us with several different hotels/locations. We modified our search details and she came up with another set of options which included a hotel in Cyprus which we went with.
Looking forward to it.
