100% recommend
100% recommend, normally I book all my holiday online. But decided to shop around at different travel agents this time, as was looking to book Disneyland Paris. Went into Hays travel in Hinckley and spoke to a lovely lady called Izzy who answered all my questions and queries and nothing was too much trouble. Even after my visit and not booking a holiday straight away. She was quick to respond to any emails I sent asking any questions, and if I found anything any cheaper elsewhere she was always willing to look to see if she could reduce the price. Went in to shop to book holiday yesterday and spoke to another lady called Kacey who was also very helpful. Will 100% be coming back to book a future holidays.

Lovely young lady
Lovely young lady only just started but she was polite & went above & beyond to help me with a voucher for my son's birthday. She had to ask her manager for help to navigate the computer system in purchasing one for me but she did it. No complaints no sighs just apologies for being slow, but as I told her EVERY DAY IS A SCHOOL DAY
