As always the staff at hays travel were amazing and sorted my holiday to Australia out for me even though it wasn’t easy sorting flights for the best price and the best times but they managed as usual

Very good customer service. Friendly helpful nothing is too much trouble. I book all my holidays with them.

We have never used Haysbefore but…
We have never used Hays before but could not find the cruise we wanted elsewhere.
I was really happy with the personal service I received from the booking itself to the questions I had asked.
The girls in the Horwich branch were all knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. They were only happy when we were happy with everything we were booking.
This holiday was something we wanted for a few years and it was a great experience for us to book with Mollie and the other staff.
I will definitely be recommending them to everyone in the future. 10 out of 10!
