Trip to Australia.... very pleased!
We were looking for flights only (Manchester to Sydney) but after discussing our plans with Emma she suggested that changing our onward Flights from Hong Kong to Sydney to two days later we could spend two days in a 5* hotel for virtually the same price as a connecting flight on our original departure date. We have used Hays Horwich for many years and have always found the staff to be really helpful. This is a long awaited trip to Australia to see family and Emma went above and beyond, ringing around different companies to get us the best options. 1st class service.... with a trip to Hong Kong thrown in too!

Great service, over and above..
Jill was infinitely patient and carefully explained our options in a clear and helpful way so we could make an informed choice on our holiday selection. She “stayed the course” to complete our booking, well after the shop should have closed for the evening. Well done!

I was collecting boarding passes for an upcoming trip which were ready and waiting for me as always.
I booked another city break with Jill, who was very professional, friendly and very helpful. She went above and beyond to book it, at the price I wanted to pay, but along the way she went through loads of various options to get the best deal. She is an asset to the company and knows so many different travel sites and is very thorough in everything she does.
