This was the 4th time we have used Hays Travel in Horwich and we have never been disappointed with their customer service. Jill greeted us as soon as we opened the door! She found the exact holiday we were looking for. First class service from start to finish.

Excellent & Professional
The ladies in branch couldn't do enough to help us plan our Asia holiday. They drew up an itemised itinerary. For all the tweeks we wanted they were very accommodating and we ended up with the holiday we wanted. Excellent service. If we could give them 10 stars for service we would.

Helpful staff.
It was a last minute decision to book a break and I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. The lady was very helpful she suggested a few ideas and we looked at several options before I settled on one. The staff all appeared very friendly.
