Friendly and knowledgeable staff
The staff at our branch are excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed what we wanted in a holiday and then spent plenty of time helping us to refine our needs.
We booked our previous holiday directly with the operator - our experience with Hays was so much more positive.

We went to book a short holiday with specific dates and location and hotel rating. All sorted quickly and we left with a holiday booked and all the details in print and by email. Perfect!
