Helpful and reassuring while there are so many things that are happening with travel at the moment.
As we are not tech savvy, the person who was dealing with us, was a great help took us through everything step by step and printed out all that we needed. It was peace of mind and helpful.

Had a wonderful time, the whole experience from booking holiday, to getting to my destination was great, hassel free, hays travel in hyde are friendly and polite team, I can always rely on them for help. Won't go anywhere else.

The cruise is booked Hurray ..
We went in to book a cruise for 2027 for a celebration. Didn't really know what we wanted . But Helen was great she talked us through our options and budget finding us our perfect cruise. She was very knowledgeable and personable making our experience relaxing and pleasant. We always book our holidays at Hays Hyde branch as we prefer the personal touch rather than online . Always have a good experience at this branch .

Eve at Hyde branch was lovely. Very friendly… helped with all my enquiries. Got me the best deal and nothing was too much trouble. Helped me with a few other things after I’d booked. Helpful staff
Helpful staff, listened to what i requested for my holiday,then took time to find what i wanted.The most important part for me was the honesty about any problems regarding the hotel i had chosen.i.e. building work and noise levels before i made my decision to book. Staff with smiley faces! Will definitely use them again. Thank You !

Good booking experience
The travel agent was very helpful when my wife and I said we like to get a short break to Krakow for Christmas market, made sure of date so break would be ok.
Holiday transfer hotel flights and luggage sorted out for our break.
Mila was helpful and informative so pleased with experience
