Eve at Hyde branch was lovely. Very friendly… helped with all my enquiries. Got me the best deal and nothing was too much trouble. Helped me with a few other things after I’d booked. All the staff were friendly and chatty. Made you feel comfortable and very welcome. Fantastic service from all the staff. Thank you all x

Helpful staff, listened to what i requested for my holiday,then took time to find what i wanted.The most important part for me was the honesty about any problems regarding the hotel i had chosen.i.e. building work and noise levels before i made my decision to book. Staff with smiley faces! Will definitely use them again. Thank You !

The travel agent was very helpful when my wife and I said we like to get a short break to Krakow for Christmas market, made sure of date so break would be ok.
Holiday transfer hotel flights and luggage sorted out for our break.

Always finds you a fantastic deals

We had looked online the previous evening and were smothered by the huge choice of late deals! Not a bad thing but left us unable to make a choice. We decided to visit your Hyde store. We met with Ella. Our brief (in our opinion) was lengthy. Balearic Islands, 3 but preferably 4 star, 7 nights, all inclusive, no high rise (3 floors maximum), no early return flights, not during school holidays, anytime in March of April and a budget of 1k. Ella came up with some choices and it wasn't difficult to make our final choice. Slightly over budget at 1.2 k but we were sold on the hotel. No pressure at all - the whole process was less than 40 minutes. This is our first time using a travel agent in years. Very impressed. We are planning 2 further trips this year and Hays Travel will be our first choice. Thank you Ella!

I went for a quote about 3 weeks earlier. then went to book the holiday but found out it had gone up £300 per person. There's three of us and we are all retired and that was a bit to much to find. But the lady's in there went on the computer and found us a holiday same hotel two days earlier and cheaper than the first one quoted. Couldn't thank them enough. They went out of their way to help us. If I was there boss I would give them all a rise.
