Great overall experience
Lisa was very helpful from the first contact. She assisted me continually with different quotes for different hotels over a couple of weeks and nothing was too much trouble. She is a credit to the store.

An excellent service
I have been in the Irvine shop 3 times and on each occasion I was attended to by a separate consultant. All three were excellent and took time to ensure that the holidays exactly matched our requirements. Obviously, their recruitment and subsequent training are excellent. Great, friendly and helpful service. I would highly recommend Hays Travel.
