Lisa, the Hays staff member was very helpful, personable and took account of our concerns about not connecting through Dubai or Doha. She offered advice on insurance and visas and offered ongoing assistance until we make our trip. We both feel very happy with the service we have received from Hays Travel.

Wee went into our hays travel in Irvine told Joanne what wee wanted and where wee wanted to go and she could not do enough to help us she is really nice the amount of times a emailed her to change destinations as my family kept changing there minds as wee we’re party of 20 but she kept her posture and sorted things out without complaining then when wee decided for last time Joanne could not do enough to help me get best deals for us as wee have people with disabilities in our group and she was so good we’re looking forward to the holiday well done jays for having an outstanding employee

A very competent advisor who actually turned on her computer in the Irvine office, unlike the advisor in the Largs branch who said if we were not going to book that day she wasn't going to show us anything on her system. Alison Kemp got a sale unlike the Largs office, the Irvine office team got a sale in November 2025 too when we booked to go to Lanzarote. Answer, go to Irvine, great service, Largs no service.

Lisa responded to my telephone request promptly and answered all questions I had. We decided to proceed with booking and she completed all the online checking information for us which was great. We requested parking as part of our cruise; this was not available with the cruise line but she offered an alternative as part of our initial quote information.
