The staff at our local Jarrow branch are always friendly ,polite and helpful.Leslie did our booking this time and as usual was very helpful.This is why we always return to book holidays with them
Michelle always up and above to meet our needs with a friendly attitude and strives to get us the best deal and holiday which suits us, we wouldn’t go anywhere else to book our holidays.

Jessica was great...
Jessica was very informative friendly and made us feel very comfortable. as this is our first family holiday and we were so unsure of best area etc she gave us some choices and helped us pick the best one

Hays go above and beyond
The travel advisors are so helpful and full of ideas. I have used Hays travel for a few years now and I find it by far the best way to secure my holiday. They always help me to get the best deal with time and patience.
They go above and beyond to make the booking as smooth and easy as possible and explain everything on the way.
I much prefer to book my holiday face to face with an advisor as, if l have any problem, I have that contact who can reassure me. I will always use Hays!
