Peace of Mind
I just wanted to purchase Holiday Insurance and Christina at Hays Jesmond was brilliant, helpful and very patient. Considering l wasn’t buying a round the world trip the service l got was excellent. All of the staff at Hays Jesmond are so helpful and friendly and l would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Exceptional service from Hays
I havent used a travel agent for more than 10 years, as I tend to plan and organise my holidays myself on-line. However as I needed to book a holiday for a large group of 10 of us, I thought it may be easier to deal with an agent . I chose Hays Travel in Jesmond as they had good google reviews. I have to say their service has been brilliant so far. Firstly all the members of staff I had dealings with on the phone and face to face were very polite and helpful. Amanda who took charge of orgainising our holiday was exceptional. She listened to all our needs, came back quickly with an excellent all inclusive package, in a resort we wanted to be in, with excellent flight times. When some of our group members has individual needs and wanted something slightly different, she went out of her way to get answers and find solutions. The overall price was good value and better than I could get myself. You could rely on Amanda to get everything done on time and within budget. Need less to say we have gone ahead and booked our holiday with Hays. They have put my faith back in travel agents- I will definitely use them again !
