Kate was really helpful in finding my perfect holiday. I didn't give a strict criteria which I imagine made it harder for Kate when looking at holidays. Kate was very responsive and got back to me in a timely manner, even on the weekends. Kate worked within my budget and went above as well as working with me to find my holiday.
