Kate was amazing
Nothing was trouble, so easy to communicate what we required for our family of 8 vaccination, which can often be very hard work regarding room issues, Kate didn't once mention there could be a problem with availability for 8 persons which is a 1st for us all travelling together. She was nothing short of amazing and found our dream vacation in less than 20 minute's myself and My wife are so thankful we spoke with Kate at the 1st instance and not passed from operator to operator.
