Kathryn was brilliant
Kathryn was brilliant, she was so quick getting back to us, even on a Sunday! We had lots of special requirements which meant she had to go the extra mile to ensure those needs were met, but for Kathryn none of this was too much trouble, she was so happy to help! And this certainly made us feel much less of a burden, and has now made us excited for our first holiday as a family.

Kathryn made booking our holiday so easy, everything was explained and she will even check us in and send out boarding passes which helps take off so much stress when working and having time or access to a printer to get these done would definitely recommend.
