Long haul flights through more than one country.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient. My trip was sorted out exactly as I wanted it with reference to flight times and transfers. I have used this branch before and will continue, great service, staff always strive to meet requirements.

Very efficient and knowledgeable agent (Dan - King's Lynn) dealt first with our enquiry and then our booking. He was patient and answered all our questions. We did have one little blip with the booking, but this was quickly rectified.

Staff were helpful and friendly
Staff were helpful and friendly, I dealt with Tamzin who gave me plenty of time and we found a good deal on the flights (better than I could find online). Also they can help me check in if needed and any questions I had were answered well to help me plan my trip.
