it was easy to talk to Charlotte and she helped us choose the right cruise for us and allowed us to take time to think without, saying that there is only one cabin left on this ship etc, trying to get us to rush the decision. We would definitely be using Hays Travel - Kirkby again.

Had a quick quote from Sam on Tuesday for a cruise tgat was originally shown in hays travel, Sam gave me a follow up call after discussing the choices with family members what Sam had given us without any pressure. I was happy to tell Sam we would be in to book all booked within 40min looking forward to my first cruise
