I booked 2 holidays recently with Sam at the Kirkby branch. My daughter has previously booked a holiday with her too. She has worked in the travel industry for many years as I've booked past holidays with her. She is very knowledgeable, very friendly and always has a smile. Nothing is too much trouble for her.
