The member of staff was very nice and…
The member of staff was very nice and experienced This time we only did are holiday insurance as holidays are already booked. The girl gave us a number to phone about any health issues we may have that was a total nightmare as I phoned 9 times without getting through all more than 3/4 of an hour each time just music no info of what number you are in the queue just music then now an then a voice says there busy at the moment phone back later on in the week There must be another way quicker to do this maybe even in the shop as you book as not all people can use the internet or have access to it.

Spoke to Nikki…
Spoke to Nikki who took all my details and what I was looking for. She came with a few options. Explained everything and I was so happy that she had listened to what we wanted. So I was very happy and booked our next adventure to Crete on Nikki’s recommendation!! A credit to the company. I will definitely be back to speak to Nikki when we need our next holiday.
