Great service as usual.
Great service and advice from Rob. Always had a good experience from the team. Booked the cruise for next year and will be in later in the year to find flights etc.

Ease of booking
Rob, who dealt with our booking was really helpful and guided us through the booking process and arranged parking at the airport. Would certainly use Hays Travel again as they matched the price we could get on the internet, without all the hassle of booking ourselves.

Fantastic branch, only came in for browse but the staff were wonderful with great knowledge. The man I was talking to was Robert, who had great customer service skills. Will be back to book a trip and would 100% recommend.

It was miserable
It was miserable, wet Tuesday morning. I went to Hayes to book a cruise nothing to liking so booked to go to Sri Lanka Riviera. Excellent service to me, courteous accommodating, no hesitation in booking it and then thank you
