Hays Travels little gem
Yet another holiday booked for this year through the totally capable hands of Lucy Roberts. Without fail every year she has made our search for a suitable wheelchair accessible hotel,travel and destination easy and stress free for us. Lucy is so pleasant and has so much patience making sure everything we needed for our comfort and enjoyment was taken care of . I can't thank her enough and will always put our future holidays through her knowing they'll be taken care of as professionally as all the others .

Lucy was very helpful
Lucy was very helpful, upbeat and happy to answer all our questions and nothing was too much trouble for her. She was very informative about the holiday we booked. This is the second holiday we have booked with Lucy’s help and we wouldn’t go anywhere else now, perfect experience.
