I've got 3 holidays booked this year all through Hays travel Mapperley Nottingham.
The staff are all so helpful and knowledgeable they organize everything for me which takes away any stress.
I would recommend using Hays for any holiday requirements.

The young lady we saw had a difficult job, trying to satisfy the needs of my partner, but she stuck with it and we came away having booked a holiday.
I hope we don't run out of jet Fuel before JUne.

We always go to Hayes as the staff are so helpful. Re our recent visit. We knew where we wanted to go and they helped us find a suitable hotel. Different staff have helped us over the years and the service is always brilliant: they listen to what we want and then deliver in sourcing different options to choose from. We go to Hayes as we are confident in their expertise, knowledge and supportive approach that makes the process of booking easy and stress free.

Booking a cruise for the first time
Julie was absolutely exceptional at the mapperley branch, answered all my questions, and help book the cruise i wanted. She'd done the cruise before and knew the ship so was able to answer a vast amount of questions. I came away excited and much more knowledgeable about the cruise. Thank you so much it but me so much at ease as its my first cruise. Totally recommend Hays for that personal touch. Xx
