Cruise booking
Joanne guided us through booking our first cruise Joanne is helpful, polite, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way.Fab team of staff who clearly work well together.

Excellent service from Hayes
Ive used Hayes over the last 4 years for booking various trips....mainly Canada in 2024 & Austria/Saltzburg yesterday. On all occasions ive received extremely friendly & helpful service from start to finish, nothing is ever too much trouble.
