Excellent and friendly service, from the moment my friend and I stepped into the shop, in March, high street cambs the young lady helping with our Cruise, Ellie, she was so lovely and friendly, spent time looking for the perfect cruise for us, helped give examples of different cruises, drinks packages, prices etc. would high recommend Hays travel, The other members of staff, were equally helpful and lovely, looking forward to visiting again to finalize our 2027 cruise ❤️

We had a holiday destination in mind and were quickly able to confirm that this was the right choice for us with the help of the Hays advisor. With a small deposit holiday booked with no fuss .

I think that the manager, Kelly, and her team r wonderful. They r so helpful and patient and knowledgeable about the places I want to visit. I’m always happy to return for advice and feel happy about booking through hays travel at march.

Ellie was really helpful in finding us the right place and was able to get an amazing deal too - she even emailed the resort we chose on our behalf to request a specific floor for our room to give us the best view possible.
We didn't feel any pressure to choose at all and would certainly go back again for our next trip.

Ellie was absolutely fantastic! She was very helpful and made the whole booking process really easy and straightforward. Really appreciate her help and would definitely recommend! As a coeliac I struggle to find places to go and feel safe but Ellie did her research on hotels to make this easier for me!

We dealt with Kelly who was amazing from the very first phone call to booking with her the following day. She went above and beyond what we expected to help book our memorable holiday after our original holiday to Sicily got cancelled from Jet2 . The travel consultant, Cassie, was all the above. I am sure all Hays consultants at your March branch are the same. As you walk into the shop all the consultants greet you with a smile and a hello (if they are not with a customer). I shall certainly be booking there again. Thank you Cassie for all your help.
