Coeliac disease - hotel can they accommodate
I contacted the office as i have coeliac disease and wanted to know if the hotel could accommodate me. Kelly emailed the hotel but also personally phoned me back to say she had read reviews and people commented about gluten free - excellent customer service.
Because of this i went in next day and booked my holiday

Impressive!
Gave us what we wanted at a good price.Friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The shop was very busy, it being a cold Saturday, every one wanted to escape to some where hot and yet staff still had time to talk and understand what was required, to all customers, in a cool calm, friendly professional manner.

Our next adventure with Hayes
The staff at March make booking your holiday a most pleasurable experience, your holiday actually starts right there and then. Their knowledge of the holiday venues and the willingness to spend time explaining the little details that ultimately make for a great holiday are so much appreciated. We visited to book a weeks holiday in Madeira and left having booked four days in lceland, far more exciting, we can’t wait to get going!

I had a fantastic appointment with Chloe. That was easy going and easy to understand and Chloe took the time to make my family holiday booking perfect. She knew exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect family holiday which has made returning to hays travel and using their service again that much better and easier. Will be using again and again! Big 5 stars to Chloe and hays March.
