My experience with Sarah was that she very knowledgeable on the area that we wanted to book. She was friendly and polite. Sarah was very helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. I could see that Sarah enjoys what she is doing.

Inexperienced staff, didn't really try
Went in to find out information about a holiday advertised on website, the young girl didn't seem to know how to find it, called over the manager who put her onto one of your partners website. None of the holidays matched and were alot more expensive. Didn't attempt to find the holiday on another partners website, told us she would look into it and call us back. Guess what, no callback, didn't expect one to be truthfull. Had previously requested info via email. No reply there either. Will go elsewhere.
