Hays ways better
After already going to Tui which weren't very helpful with our holiday search and doing most of our research ourselves we went to Hays and met Lauren. Although we knew exactly which hotel and resort we wanted lauren did some extensive searching for dates and other extras found us a cracking deal which we could not refuse. Booking process was great. All in all our overall experience at Hays was welcoming, relaxed, humorous, professional.

From the moment we walked in the girls where very friendly. Rosie booked our holiday she knew exactly what we where looking for, very helpful a very nice girl. This was Cleveland Retail Park.
