Friendly staff very helpful and knowledgeable, great service, reasonable prices good range of different holidays to choose from, nothing was too much trouble, the staff member helped us download the app, which is very useful,we can pay money off our holiday without going in to the store.

Mini Argentina and Uruguay Tour.
Our holiday booking was for a mini-tour of Argentina and Uruguay. This involved using several departure points and internal flights.
We met with Rosie of Hays Travel at Cleveland Retail Park. She expertly handled our itinerary, dealing with us, and several agents/suppliers, professionally and with good humour.
Our planned tour was complicated but well managed by Rosie.

I visited the store as your competitors…
I visited the store as your competitors could not compete the booking I had asked for due to technical issues. I was seen straight away and explained the problem, the staff member got straight on to the booking and even with another technical problem secured the holiday. She was brilliant, as was her colleague and between them our holiday was booked. We have always booked with Hays as I had been disappointed by other tour operators but they had offered us a great deal so we tried them again, but they failed , we won't make that mistake again. Thanks Hays .

Couldn't be better. Excellent staff.
As always, all the staff at Hayes were very welcoming. Lily and Lauren (now at Cleveland Retail Park) dealt with booking 3 cabins for a cruise and were friendly and efficient. We always enjoy our time in Hayes and are totally happy with the first rate service.
