Everything went smoothly and the way hays booked the holiday to make it memorable top marks with all the booking the only thing I would of liked to change is tui premium meals not nice at all both ways for the price you pay I would of rather had sandwiched

A lovely friendly team who work hard to ensure I get my dream holiday experience.
Hays Travel on Cleveland Retail Park is where i am made very welcome by the team, Lauren booked my holiday this time and I was well looked after, given plenty of options to ensure i had the best holiday to Thailand booked. Everything i asked for and enquired about this trip was dealt with quickly and efficiently as always. They even remembered my recent trip to New York and Toronto and asked how it went.

Always use hays even though it has moved location and is further away for us to travel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Sean booked our holiday and as always he did a fabulous job.
