We booked with hays travel-Motherwell it was the first time booking with them, we were introduced to Pam. Who was very friendly and bubble great customer service, and went out her way to give us the best advice and great deal for the Curise, that we had in mind Tank You. we are delighted the service that Hays gave to us, Brilliant we would recommend Hays Travel

Such a friendly welcome when you enter the shop. Pamela Small served us and provided very helpful advice aiding us to choose the best holiday experience and hotel to suit our needs. She was very knowledgeable and we booked straight away .I would highly recommend this branch to friends and family

Booked through Hays Travel last year and service was great, so we decided to do it again this year. Christine at the Motherwell shop is very knowledgeable and helpful and a really nice person who puts you at ease

Christine was amazing with us. She spent loads of time looking for our exact holiday that we could afford and working with the gentleman from the other service getting us the right flights and hotels. She kept in touch through the full process. It’s a magical holiday to look forward too, to celebrate my birthday and myself and my husband’s silver wedding anniversary.
