Wouldn't go anywhere else
Nicole knew us by name the moment we walked in. We have booked with for 3 years now and she know what we like. Holiday was booked with no hassle and she sought out the best dates and flight times for all seven of us. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

booking flights only to Bangkok
We were booking flights only to Bangkok and the waiting times in Dubai were quite long. However, Paige was excellent and sorting the flights to reduce the waiting times. Paige was very patient and provided us with an excellent service. For an apprentice you would never have known she was just learning the trade.

Nicole listened to my requirements and…
Nicole listened to my requirements and was able to give me a couple of suggestions. No high pressure sales is provided and after looking over the suggestions I then booked a few hours later.
The shop is bright and comfortable which make you feel relaxed along with my previous experience of excellent customer service mad thebooking a holiday an easy decision.
