We always book our holidays from your Travel shop in Newton Abbot, The staff are very friendly with a friendly atmosphere, we tend to see Emma Smith as she has helped us for a number of years booking our trips away. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I spoke to Fern right at the end of the day to book a holiday. I’d not been into the Newton Abbot shop or dealt with Hays Travel previously but Fern was so good. She listened and took all the information she needed. She even offered to take our details and check with our friends who were doing the same holiday to see if she could arrange for our bookings to be linked.
Overall she was organised and gave me all the information I needed and booked our holiday without any problem or fuss. Thank you so much.
