Debbie was friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable, patient with our questions and not at all pushy. She made the whole booking process almost pain free!
She was very helpful too, noting down for us the particular areas needing our action.

Unforeseen circumstances.
Went to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances. It was dealt with understanding and no pressure to change our minds which was greatly appreciated. Had help booking another trip and would definitely use Hays again.

Sally in your Newton Abbot branch listened carefully to our needs and wishes, and quickly found us exactly the holiday we were looking for. She was knowledgeable, efficient and charming, receiving input at high speed from 3 adults and also not at all daunted by the fact that we were accompaied by a four-year-old and a 13 month-old!
