I went into Hayes not knowing where I wanted to go or when. I sat with Tanya who was delightful and very patient. I left having booked a 9 night cruise to the Norwegian fjords. I am so excited!!

Frustrating initially to get through to Emma for 1 reason or another. She has successfully booked cruises and holidays for us in the past. It would be nice to have simpler, easier communication.

Entered shop 16.30. Had good clear communication, three main choices. All booked by 10.00 the next day. Perfect, as we didn't know where to go , or what we wanted. Brilliant.
