First booking experience, great
Came in to book first holiday aboard and aimee was wonderful helped load and sorted everything I needed for more stress free booking and another lady was very nice to help me out with travel money card too very lovely helpful staff

I have used Hays travel a few times either for travel money or booking a holiday . Always been helpful.formative and go out of there way to help you . The staff at Newton Aycliffle travel are second to none . Fab service and i will defiantely be returning again in the future .

Holiday Bookings
I have taken 2 holidays a year for many years and always use Hays for my booking. The customer Service is excellent and the are competitive for currency exchange often matching local competition. Loyalty discount for long term customers when booking is an area that could be developed as in my experience this has not happened over the decades I have used this company.
